A disciplined approach to real estate lending

Owner-operators first. Lenders second.

Monument City Capital is part of Monument City Group, a collective of residential real estate investment companies based in Baltimore, Maryland. We have spent years acquiring, renovating, and managing real estate in our own backyard. That hands-on experience shapes everything we do as a lender: accurate valuations, conservative underwriting, and active asset management on every loan we make.
